Assistant Professor – Job Requirements
An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the relevant discipline/specialization from Top 500 QS universities.
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the University/National level institutions. Preferably at the graduate level.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry before joining the academia as an assistant professor.
Minimum of 5 publications as research articles in Q1 and Q2 /A*, A/B reputed Scopus indexed journals in past 5 years. Out of 5 publications minimum of 3 should be in Q1 Scopus indexed journals, preferably as the first author.
Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – active teaching-learning process.
Experience of teaching at higher education level with evidence of successful student learning outcomes, or evidence of high-quality presentation skills, and evidence of coaching, or mentoring and teaching other professionals
Experience of working on research/scholarly projects through a range of approaches
Effective oral and written communication skills, effective interpersonal skills;
Ability to work collegially within a team of faculty members from diverse disciplines;
Meet standards for personal professional scholarship and assist in student advising and other services to the department, school, and community;
