انطلقت فعاليات الملتقى الدولي للصناعة في دورته الثانية تحت رعاية رئيس الجمهورية عبد الفتاح السيسي وفي مستهل الافتتاح طلب من الجميع الوقوف دقيقة حداد علي أرواح المدنيين الأبرياء في قطاع غزة، وبدأت فعاليات الملتقى بعرض فيلم تسجيلي يستعرض دور اتحاد الصناعات المصرية في دعم الاقتصاد والصادرات المصرية وتحفيز الصناعة حتى تصل صناعة مصر إلي كل أنحاء العالم، كما أوضح الفيلم أن قرارات دعم الصناعة لا تقتصر علي تسهيل الإجراءات أو تقديم حوافز للاستثمار بل تشمل تطوير بنية تحتية قوية، وعلى هامش فعاليات الملتقى أيضًا افتتح الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي من خلال تقنية الفيديو كونفرانس عدد من مدارس التعليم الفني التي تم تطويرها.

وكانت كلمة الرئيس المصري هي أبرز ما في الملتقى حيث حملت العديد من الرسائل القوية الهادفة إلى طمأنة الشعب المصري اقتصاديًا وعسكريًا، فقد انقسمت كلمة الرئيس إلي شق داخلي أكد فيه على دعم الدولة للمستثمرين واهتمام القيادات بتطوير الصناعة وتلبية احتياجات السوق وتنمية الشراكات المتبادلة بما يتفق مع رؤية مصر 2030، وكذلك كان هناك شق خارجي يتطرق فيه الرئيس إلي الأحداث الجارية في فلسطين المحتلة وتطورات التصعيد العسكري في قطاع غزة.

وكانت رسائل الرئيس المصري فيما يتعلق بالتطورات في المنطقة بمثابة الإنذار للمجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الحقوقية بسرعة التدخل لمنع المزيد من الإبادات الجماعية أو انتقال الحرب إلي مناطق أخرى مما يؤدي إلي تفاقم الأوضاع في الشرق الأوسط مؤكدًا أن مصر لن تتخلى أبدًا عن مساندة الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق وتلبية ما يحتاج من مواد إغاثية وغذائية، كما اتسمت كلمات الرئيس بالشفافية والوضوح حيث شدد على أن مصر لن تنجرف في صراعات واهية تعيق من مسار التنمية الذي تشهده الدولة ولكن إن اضطرت مصر لذلك حمايةً حدودها وأمنها القومي فالجيش المصري علي أتم استعداد وجاهزية لذلك، وهو الأمر الذي يحمل تحذيرات واضحة لأي قوى خارجية تحاول تجاوز السيادة المصرية بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر.

Lettres d’avertissement du président Al-Sisi au Forum international de l’industrie
La deuxième session du Forum international pour l’industrie a été lancée sous les auspices du président Abdel Fattah al-Sissi et au début de l’ouverture، il a demandé à tous de se lever une minute pour pleurer la vie de civils innocents dans la bande de Gaza. L’événement a commencé par la projection d’un documentaire montrant le rôle de la Fédération des industries égyptiennes pour soutenir l’économie et les exportations égyptiennes et stimuler l’industrie afin que l’industrie égyptienne atteigne le monde entier. Le film explique également que les décisions de soutenir l’industrie ne se limitent pas à faciliter les actions ou à fournir des incitations à investir، mais plutôt à développer une infrastructure solide. En marge de l’événement، le président Abdel Fattah al-Sissi، à travers la technologie vidéo، a ouvert un certain nombre d’écoles d’enseignement technique développées.
Le discours du président égyptien a été le point culminant du Forum et a véhiculé de nombreux messages puissants visant à rassurer le peuple égyptien économiquement et militairement La déclaration du président a été divisée en une section interne dans laquelle il a souligné le soutien de l’État aux investisseurs et l’intérêt des leaders pour le développement de l’industrie، répondre aux besoins du marché et développer des partenariats mutuels conformément à la Vision 2030 de l’Égypte. Les paroles du Président étaient également transparentes et claires، soulignant que l’Égypte ne serait pas balayée dans des conflits fragiles qui entraveraient le développement de l’État، mais que si l’Égypte devait le faire pour protéger ses frontières et sa sécurité nationale، l’armée égyptienne était prête à le faire.
