Job Description:
Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Banner system.
Configure and customize Banner ERP modules to align with the university's unique business processes and requirements.
Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the Banner ERP.
Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow between Banner and other university systems.

Provide end-user training and support، addressing inquiries، and resolving issues related to the Banner ERP system.

Proven experience as Banner Functional Expert، working with Banner ERP، Argos in a higher education environment.
Strong understanding of higher education business processes، including admissions، student records، academic advising، and financial management.
In-depth knowledge of Banner ERP modules and functionality، including configuration، customization، and integration.
Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills، with the ability to identify system issues، perform root cause analysis، and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
