رفع الحد الأدنى للأجور وبدل المعيشة لموظفي الدولة

قرر الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي رفع الحد الأدنى لأجور موظفي الدولة وأمر بتقديم الدعم المالي لأصحاب المعاشات في حزمة ستؤثر على ملايين المواطنين.تم الإعلان عن ذلك خلال تجمع حاشد، في بني سويف، جنوب العاصمة القاهرة، حضره المئات من المؤيدين المبتهجين والزغاريد في أجواء تشير إلى الانطلاقة غير الرسمية للحملة الانتخابية للرئيس.

وبعد التجمع، قدم الزعيم المصري تعازيه لأسر أكثر من 70 من سكان قرية مجاورة الذين لقوا حتفهم في الفيضانات الناجمة عن العاصفة دانيال في ليبيا.ودافع الرئيس السيسي عن تعامله مع الاقتصاد، قائلا إن هناك حاجة ماسة لهذه المشاريع بعد عقود من الإهمال، وإن النشاط الاقتصادي يهدف إلى تسريع وتيرة التنمية.  وأن أزمة العملة الأجنبية إلى نقص السلع الحيوية المستوردة، في حين تجد الصناعات المحلية صعوبة في الحصول على المواد، وفقدت العملة المحلية نحو نصف قيمتها.

كما إن الحكومة سترفع الحد الأدنى لأجور موظفي الدولة من 3600 جنيه مصري (116 دولارا) إلى 4000 جنيه شهريا. كما سيتم مضاعفة بدل غلاء المعيشة إلى 600 جنيه لموظفي الدولة والقطاع العام والمتقاعدين.كما رفع سقف الدخل الخاضع للضريبة من 36 ألف جنيه سنويًا إلى 45 ألف جنيه، ووجه البنك الزراعي الرئيسي المملوك للدولة بإيواء المزارعين الذين يواجهون صعوبة في سداد القروض.

وتهدف هذه المبادرات إلى مساعدة المصريين من ذوي الدخل المنخفض على التغلب على المشكلات الاقتصادية التي تواجهها البلاد، كما تمت الإشارة إلى تأثير وباء الفيروس والصراع الروسي الأوكراني على أسعار السلع الأساسية العالمية، وفقًا للإدارة المصرية، هو السبب وراء التضخم المتفشي في البلاد، والذي وصل إلى مستوى قياسي بلغ 39.7٪ في أغسطس.

Title: Raising the minimum wage and living allowance for state employees

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has decided to raise the minimum wage for state employees and ordered financial support for pensioners in a package that will affect millions of citizens. The announcement was made during a rally in Beni Suef، south of the capital Cairo، attended by hundreds of cheerful supporters in an atmosphere that signals the unofficial start of the president's election campaign.

After the gathering، the Egyptian leader offered his condolences to the families of more than 70 residents of a nearby village who died in floods caused by Storm Daniel in Libya. President Sisi defended his handling of the economy، saying that these projects are urgently needed after decades of neglect، and that economic activity aims to accelerate the pace of development.  The foreign currency crisis is due to a shortage of imported vital goods، while local industries are finding it difficult to obtain materials، and the local currency has lost about half of its value.

The government will also raise the minimum wage for state employees from 3،600 Egyptian pounds ($116) to 4،000 pounds per month. The cost of living allowance will also be doubled to EGP 600 for state and public sector employees and retirees. The taxable income ceiling has been raised from EGP 36،000 annually to EGP 45،000، and the main state-owned Agricultural Bank has been directed to house farmers who have difficulty repaying loans.

These initiatives aim to help low-income Egyptians overcome the economic problems the country is facing، and the impact of the virus pandemic and the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on global commodity prices، according to the Egyptian administration، is the reason behind the rampant inflation in the country، which reached a record high of 39.7% in August.
