Teaching Assistant
Applicant should satisfy all the requirements when applying for the post.

Brief Description: 
  
1. Teaching assistants work full time in the department and support faculty members in the teaching load.
2. They supervise laboratories، field training and other activities in the department.
3. Teach lower level introductory courses according to department needs.
4. Perform administrative tasks according to the department direction and needs.

Eligibility Required: 
  
1. Must have obtained a Bachelor Degree in Dentistry، with a minimum GPA of very good (3.00 out of 4.00)، minimum GPA for Kuwaitis is (2.67 out of 4.00) or its equivalent.
2. Must have obtained a Master Degree in Dentistry،
3. Must have obtained all education qualifications from an accredited university by the Public Universities’ Council (PUC) in a traditional residential، on-campus format and according to the applicable laws and regulations of Kuwait University.
4. Full command of English language is required.
5. Two years of teaching experience in the specialty field is preferred after obtaining the master degree.
6. Priority will be given to Kuwaiti Nationals.

1. A teaching statement explaining the candidate’s interest in the position، and the curriculum vitae.
2. The Bachelor diploma، the Master’s diploma، and transcripts (authenticated copies).
3. The equivalency certificates from the Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait for Bachelor and Master obtained from a university other than Kuwait University.
4. Experience certificates.
5. Letter of recommendation (if available).
6. Copy of Civil ID and Nationality certificate.
7. Copy of study leave / social security.
