Duties
Teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels (M.Sc. and MBA)، and supervise MSc and PhD Thesis. The normal load is 3-4 sections per semester (2 semesters per academic year).
Provide leadership in departmental research activities.
Produce scholary work and lead department research output.
Engage in services for the university، professional and local communities

Requirements
Has a PhD in one of the following areas: Organization studies and leadership، human resource management، international business، strategy، entrepreneurship، innovation، and family business.
Shows evidence of a strong research capacity.
