The HR Department at ktech regulates the employment procedures and imposes approved personnel policies in providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants through formal candidate selection by considering the required skills, experience, capabilities, and through personal interviews as well as taking necessary tests, if applicable. All under applicable labor laws of the State of Kuwait.

Collective – It is important for us to realize that we have to align our interests, our goals and our activities with the goals of the organization. There’s no such thing as “I”, there’s no such thing as “if I do this, what’s in it for me? Instead “if I do this, what’s in it for the organization?” Functioning as a collective, realizing that we are one big community is a really strong part of who we are

It is doing the right thing when nobody’s watching you, when there’s nobody to impress. It’s about doing the right thing because you believe in it.
