College of Administrative and Financial Sciences

    FULL PROFESSOR

    PhD with vertically aligned degrees in Business Administration from reputable universities

  • Must have assumed the post of a Professor in a higher education institution recognized by HEC or highly reputable universities preferably with THE or QS ranking.
  • Must be highly efficient in teaching, learning and research.
  • Must have published academic works in highly reputable academic journals/books for 8 years after completing PhD.
  • Leadership achievement including management experience in higher education.
  • An ability to deliver teaching internationally at post-graduate levels (MS and PhD) or international collaboration experience.
  • Must have documented experience in supervising master and PhD students.
  • Must possess advanced knowledge in the different functional areas of business such as essential business strategy, organizational theory and behavior, financial decision-making, and market analysis, leadership, entrepreneurship, global supply chain management, social impact management, and international business.

    ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

    PhD with vertically aligned degrees in MIS or Information Systems

  • Must have assumed the post of an associate professor in a higher education institution recognized by HEC or highly reputable universities.
  • Must be highly efficient in teaching, learning and research.
  • Must have published academic works in highly reputable academic journals/books for 5 years after completing PhD.
  • Must have effectively contributed to the academic or administrative tasks including experience in supervising master or bachelor degree students.
  • Must have knowledge in the advanced computing systems, business analytics, Fintech as well as block chain, cloud computing, SAP/ERP, system analysis and design, IT audit and control, computer programming, data mining.

    PhD with vertically aligned degrees in International Business/ International Relations or Economics

  • Must have assumed the post of an associate professor in a higher education institution recognized by HEC or highly reputable universities.
  • Must be highly efficient in teaching, learning and research.
  • Must have published academic works in highly reputable academic journals/books for 5 years after completing PhD.
  • Must have effectively contributed to the academic or administrative tasks including experience in supervising master or bachelor degree students.
  • Must have knowledge in managing international operations at the same time, broad knowledge in foreign business policies and the role of economics in ensuring global business growth.

    PhD with vertically aligned degrees in Accounting and Finance

  • Must have assumed the post of an associate professor in a higher education institution recognized by HEC or highly reputable universities.
  • Must be highly efficient in teaching, learning and research.
  • Must have published academic works in highly reputable academic journals/books for 5 years after completing PhD.
  • Must have effectively contributed to the academic or administrative tasks including experience in supervising master or bachelor degree students.
  • Must have knowledge in accounting information system, auditing, capital structure, investment, international finance, risk, dividends, cash flow valuation, and financial accounting and reporting standards.

    ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

    PhD with vertically aligned degrees in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Finance

  • Must be highly efficient in teaching and research for at least 2 years.
  • Must have published academic works in academic journals/books.
  • Must possess advanced knowledge in the different functional areas of business such as essential business strategy, organizational theory and behavior, financial decision-making, and market analysis, leadership, entrepreneurship, global supply chain management, social impact management, and international business.
